Specialist Referrals


Referrals to sub-specialists can take weeks, months, or sometimes years to be arranged. If you have been referred and have not received notification from the specialists office with an appointment within 1 month, please call our office to ensure the referral was received and that your child is on the list.

Given the demand for some specialist assessments it is crucial that you not miss an appointment or, if you no longer need the appointment, you call and cancel the referral to allow another child in the spot.

If your contact information changes (address, phone number) please notify us immediately so that we can update specialists and appointments are not missed.
