Travel Health Advice

• Travel health is a specialized field with constantly changing recommendations.

• If you are travelling outside Canada, we recommend seeking advice at a Travel Health Clinic well in advance (preferably months) before your trip

Travel Vaccines

• Hepatitis A/B (Twinrix), Hepatitis A (Havrix), Meningococcal B (Bexsero)

• If you are interested in these vaccines for your child, speak with the office assistant to arrange payment and appointments

  • Caregivers will be provided a prescription for the vaccine and are required to bring in to be administered

  • $40 per visit fee for administration of vaccines, payable at time of booking

Medical Forms

• CRA Disability Tax Credit - $100

  • Begin application online with CRA and provide the Claim Number for medical completion

  • Provide our office with written examples of how your child meets the criteria for the tax credit

• School / Daycare / Camp medical forms - $50

• CRA Medical Attendance letters - $25
