Graduating from Our Care
The party’s over… your child is graduating from our care!
Drs. Bynkoski and Bodnarchuk provide care for children until they reach the age of 9. Once your child turns 10, they will graduate from our practice.
We are happy to transfer your child’s medical records to a healthcare provider of your choice at no charge. To facilitate this, please complete the release of records form at your new doctor’s office. Once we receive the signed request, we will promptly forward your child’s medical chart.
